Is the Messiah a person or a tribe?

We see clearly from Sir E. A. Wallis Budge hierogphypic dictionary that the term m'sakh (287a) which is referenced and redefined in 2 King xxiii, 13 as "Melek" meaning "King" in your Strongs
Concordance (H4428) actually means "To Anoint" and not some spiritual leader or ruler.

This leads to me thinking that a Messiah in your biblical sense is a tribe, not a singular person. A tribe of 🤎.
